It's Carolina Mendes, the Medical Aesthetician at Skin Worthy. I just wanted to talk about some of the new services we are offering and the transformative treatments I have experienced myself. As you may know Barb is our incredible nurse injector, she recently performed Botox injections on my forehead and frown lines, she also injected my cheeks, smile lines and lips. I was always nervous and apprehensive to have my lips done but with Barb's in-depth education and her gentle hand, I barely felt a thing and they look so natural and hydrated. I’m in love with my results and I look so much younger and refreshed. I was looking a little stressed and worn down before my procedure and now I feel more confident in how I look. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and it’s also a preventative for the future aging process.
We now offer a variety of injectable treatments as well as collagen induction therapy and laser treatments that target pigmentation, acne scarring and textural irregularities. We also offer hair reduction laser treatments and skin tightening.
One of our popular treatments is the microneedling facial performed with the Eclipse Micropen. We apply a hyaluronic acid serum onto the skin while using the micropen and this helps to stimulate the body’s own collagen and elastin production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles , stretch marks, skin laxity and scarring. This amazing procedure can also be performed using your own plasma- this version of the treatment is better known as the Vampire Facial.
We also offer a stimulating (no down time) chemical peel with ZO Skin Health professional products. This lunch time peel is on the lighter side in regards to chemical peels but it will still provide some incredible results such as pigment reduction, smoother texture, fine lines and wrinkles and will give you a fabulous glow just in time for the weekend or to start off your week. Don’t forget we also have ZO Skin Health retail products that we can help customize for your specific skin concerns, we offer complimentary skincare consultations and will design a skincare regime to fit your needs.
If those weren’t awesome enough, we thrilled to announce the addition of our new Sciton Hybrid Fractional laser which uses BBL (broad band light) energy. This state of the art machine performs a variety of treatments to target rosacea reduction, skin tightening, body hair reduction and even helps with acne scarring. All of these treatments have great, long lasting results when you perform them in a series of 4 or more sessions. I could write for hours about all of our great services and treatments but I rather have you come in and try them for yourself.
