The Skin Worthy Acne Treatment Program is designed to assist patients in not only treating their active acne, but to also help to prevent long term scarring and/or hyperpigmentation and to ultimately help our patients restore their confidence in both their skin and themselves.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SKIN WORTHY ACNE TREATMENT PROGRAM?
A Skin Worthy Acne Treatment Program includes a series of at home and in clinic treatments to repair and strengthen skin.
Complete program costs $495/month
To receive the best treatment outcomes and to achieve overall skin health restoration, a minimum 6 month patient commitment is required, with best results earned in 1 year.

SKIN CARE
Included in your program will be a comprehensive ZO skincare program of cleansers, exfoliants, toners, masks and functional hydrators. This medical grade skincare is developed by world renowned dermatologist, Dr. Zein Obagi. The systems have been thoroughly tested and proven to improve skin function and health.
IN CLINIC
TREATMENTS
Monthly Clear + Bright treatments that synergistically combine the power of Dermal Infusion and BBL . The Dermal Infusion works to remove excess dirt and debris, improve radiance and increase hydration, while the BBL uses various light therapies to eliminate acne causing bacteria and reduce redness and inflammation.
PRESCRIPTION
MEDICINE
Available as a low dose prescription along with the SWAT program, Accutane or Epuris, also known by its generic name isotretinoin, is a potent medication primarily used in the treatment of acne that hasn’t responded to other treatments.
Recommended protocol is for a minimum of 6 months with best results seen for up to one year.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
REVIEW: History of Acne, Severity of Acne, Current Skincare Routine, Past treatments, programs or regimens that did not work.
EDUCATE: Understanding of what acne is, how it is caused and what contributes to it. Explanation on how the SWAT program targets acne at the same time targets at the source and gives long lasting results.
TAKE BASELINE PHOTOS
SET GOALS: Complete questionnaire and consents
RECEIVE: ZO Skin Health Protocol for your specific skin type.
NEXT STEPS: Leave with blood work requisition and schedule in your first Clear and Bright treatment.

FIRST CLEAR + BRIGHT TREATMENT
REVIEW: Blood work findings with Dr. Hemsworth
RECEIVE: Prescription for low dose Accutane/Epirus - exact prescription will be based on doctor's assessment.
TREAT: Your Clear + Bright treatment will begin with a Dermal Infusion to extract, exfoliate and infuse the skin. Key benefits include: removing excess dirt and debris, improving radiance and hydration and stimulating healthy cell renewal. Your Forever Clear BBL uses blue light therapy to eliminate acne causing bacteria in the skin, followed by red/yellow light therapy to reduce the redness and inflammation associated with acne. This step helps reduce scarring and resolve existing inflammatory acne.

SECOND CLEAR + BRIGHT TREATMENT
REVIEW: First month progress on prescription medication and ZO Skin Health protocol with Dr. Hemsworth.
TREAT: Receive your second Clear + Bright treatment with our medical aestheticians.
BOOK: Your next monthly treatment or conveniently utilize our Patient Concierge to schedule all of your treatments for the next several months.

TREAT: Receive your 3rd, 4th. 5th and 6th Clear + Bright treatment with our medical aestheticians.
REVIEW: At your last Clear + Bright treatment you will meet with Dr. Hemsworth to review your progress and results from the SWAT program and determine next steps and maintenance protocols.
