1. What is a ZOxSW Stimulator Facial?

A ZOxSW Stimulator Facial is a custom 45-minute, no-downtime facial that uses a blend of ZO Skin Health glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acids to exfoliate, brighten, and renew skin. It treats acne, wrinkles, and sun damage on all skin types for immediate, glowing results.

2. How do I choose between the Dermal Infusion/Micro-needling treatments or the DI/BBL?
​
As a SW Beauty Club Member you have access to a skincare coordinator all year round to help guide you with what skincare products you should be using in your routine. We recommend doing a ZOxSW Stimulator facial with skin assessment and scan at your first appointment so we can determine what treatments are best for you and your skin.

3. How far apart should I book my appointments?
​
The Beauty Club provides you with 7 treatments throughout the year. Our general recommendation is to start with a Stimulator facial, then get a treatment every 6-8 weeks to allow your skin time to heal in between treatments. The GlassFACE can be redeemed at any time, but it's a great way to prep your skin before a big event, celebration or holiday.

4. Can I bank my tox?
​
Reduced tox pricing is one of the best perks with the membership. You can purchase as many units as you like, but they must be redeemed at the time of purchase. As long as you are a member, you will have access to these savings.

5. What if I need to cancel?
​
The Skin Worthy Beauty Club is a 12 month membership for those who want to maintain their skin’s health, strength, and glow—without the guesswork. If you choose to cancel your membership early, any services you’ve received will be charged at their regular value and applied to what you’ve paid so far. Any remaining balance will be due at that time. All member pricing and perks (including preferred tox pricing) are available while your membership is active.

6. How do payments work?
​
Upon joining the Beauty Club you will be charged for first and last month of the membership and then on the same day of every month for the next 10 months. There is no initiation fee or other hidden fees associated with the membership.
