By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Skin Worthy concerning your appointments and related services. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Requests to confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment

• Scheduling updates

• Responses to appointment-related questions

• Other service-related information you request

Consent

You may opt in through our website, booking process, an in-clinic form, or by providing explicit verbal consent to a Skin Worthy team member.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and authorize Skin Worthy to send messages to that number.

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. Skin Worthy does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any Skin Worthy text message.

After submitting a STOP request, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you provide consent and opt in again.

You may continue to receive communications through other channels when necessary to manage your appointments or respond to your requests.

Delivery and Availability

Text-message delivery is subject to the availability and performance of wireless networks and participating carriers. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to circumstances outside Skin Worthy’s control. Skin Worthy and wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not all mobile devices or wireless carriers may be supported.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are used to operate the Skin Worthy messaging program and communicate with you as described above.

We may provide this information to service providers that help us operate our messaging services, but only as necessary to provide those services. We do not sell mobile information or share SMS consent information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
